The Coordinating Commission for Postsecondary Education will held a public hearing on Wednesday, October 21, 2009, at 7:30 p.m. CDT at the Thompson Center at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, 6705 Dodge St., Omaha, Nebraska. The purpose of this hearing wass to receive public testimony regarding the study of Nebraska's community college system as mandated by Nebraska Laws 2009, LB 340.

The purpose of this hearing was to receive public testimony regarding the request by Herzing University of Milwaukee, WI, to offer an Associate of Science degree in Medical Assisting, an Associate of Science degree in Medical Billing & Insurance Coding, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management in the state of Nebraska.The Coordinating Commission for Postsecondary Education held a public hearing on Thursday, June 18, 2009, at 1:30 p.m. CDT in Room 1524 at the State Capitol in Lincoln, Nebraska.

The Coordinating Commission for Postsecondary Education held a public hearing on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. CDT in Room #1525 at the State Capitol in Lincoln, Nebraska.
The purpose of the hearing was to receive public testimony regarding the request by Strayer University of Arlington, Va., to offer an associate of arts degree in business administration, a bachelor of business administration and a master of business administration in Nebraska.
The Coordinating Commission for Postsecondary Education held a public hearing on Monday, March 23, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. CDT in Room #225 at the Omaha State Office Building, which is located at 1313 Farnam in Omaha, Nebraska.
The purpose of the hearing was to receive public testimony regarding: (1) the request by Gallup University, Omaha, Nebraska to establish a four-year private college in Omaha, Nebraska; and (2) the proposed amendments to Title 281, Chapter 6, Rules and Regulations Concerning the Access College Early Scholarship Program Act.
