      C.        University of Nebraska’s proposal for a new Cooperative Veterinary Medical Education Program

            A.        Presentation by staff of the Central Plains Center for Services on their Education and Training Voucher (ETV) program. Andra White, Youth                         Education Coordinator for ETV, and Nancy Ferguson, Director, will speak and respond to questions.

            Individuals commenting on the matters listed below are allowed five minutes each.

            A.     Wayne State College’s proposal for a change in scope to the campus services facility renovation and addition.

            B.     Comments on other Budget, Construction, and Financial Aid Committee items.

XIV.     BUDGET, CONSTRUCTION, AND FINANCIAL AID COMMITTEE

             A.       Action item: Proposal for a capital construction project:

                        1.   Wayne State College’s proposal for a change in scope to the campus services facility renovation and addition (Appendix 11)

            B.       Action item: Proposal for a revenue bond project:

            1.   University of Nebraska at Omaha’s proposal to remodel the Milo Bail Student Center - food court. (Appendix 12)  

            C.      Action item: Commission "prioritization process" for 2007-09 biennial capital construction requests. (Appendix 13) 

             D.       Action item: 2006 Biennial Tuition, Fees and Financial Aid Report  (Appendix 14) (pdf format 1.2 megs)

XV.     EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE 

            A.        Action item: Establish FY 2006-07 salary for the Executive Director. 

            B.        Action item: Consider Executive Director’s recommendation of FY 2006-07 salary for the Associate Director for Finance and Administration.

            The next Commission meeting will be Thursday, August 3, 2006 at one of the Central Community College campuses.
