Dear Facility Data Coordinator, The facility web site have gone through a major changes on Feb. 26, 2001 and it is necessary to revised this document. The data format adopted is 'comma delimited' or 'comma separated value'(CSV) format. The format can be produced by Microsoft Excel, Access and other software. Excel and Access template are provided to help institutions in creating the desired csv file. Instructions in using these template are described in MkCsv.txt. A web validation program is also implemented to help institutions in identify problems in the submitted data. Summary of files: Documents: --- CSV definition and example CsvNote.txt ....
