The data provided by your institution can be divided
into 5 sections. These 5 sections are:
  SITE
  BUILDING
  ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT
  ROOM
and 
  FACILITES AUDIT (Instruction to be provided later)

Currently, the CSV text file Support only the first 4 sections.
Please refer to SmplAll.txt for details.

A CSV file is a text file in which each value is seperated
by comma(,) and hence the name Comma Seperate Value.

In our CSV file, we introduced some other features:
1.  Semi-colon(;) is used to introduces a comment line.
    The whole line is ignored by our program. The comment
    line can appear anywhere in the file.
2.  A string value can contain apostrophe(') but can 
    not contain double quote(").
3.  String value can be quoted within double quote("),
    but the double quote(") is not part of the value.

The layout of the Facility CSV file is given in file:
    SmplAll.txt.
